How long does it take to install my service?
Understand the “installation”, “preparation” states and know when to open a ticket.
After you order, the panel creates the environment, downloads the image, then runs the egg script. The duration depends on the software and the size of the files to download.
Step-by-step procedure

Wait for provisioning to complete
The “Installation in progress” screen is normal for the first few minutes. Do not send the same command several times.

Refresh once
After a few minutes, reload the page. The menu becomes usable as soon as Wings confirms the installation.

Check My Services
The service card shows its status. An installation in progress should not be started or reinstalled manually.

Open a ticket if necessary
After 15 minutes without progress, create a technical ticket with the name of the service and a screenshot of the displayed status.
Avoid repeating actions
A reinstallation or deletion during provisioning may interrupt the current script.
