What do the statuses mean: installation, active, offline and suspended?
Correctly read the status of a service before restarting, reinstalling or contacting support.
The status shown in the panel tells you which stage the service is at. Misreading it can lead you to interrupt a normal installation or hide the cause of a failure.
Step-by-step procedure

Installation
Wings downloads the image and runs the preparation script. Wait up to 15 minutes and do not start another reinstallation at the same time.

Active
The service is ready. It can still be stopped, so check the console to see the real state of the process.

Offline
The main process is no longer running. Read the last 30 console lines before clicking Start.

Suspended
Access is restricted after a missed due date, a payment problem or an administrative action. Use the renewal page or contact support.
