How do I cancel or delete a service?
Back up your data, stop renewal and permanently delete the project.
The deletion is irreversible. Cancelling the Stripe subscription alone prevents the next charge but does not replace a data backup.
Step-by-step procedure

Export data
Download the necessary files, databases and backups before any action.

Stop renewal
Cancel the associated subscription if you do not want any future debits.

Delete from My Services
Select Delete on the card, read the confirmation, then confirm.

Check Orders
Verify that the service no longer appears and that there are no scheduled renewals.
Irreversible action
Support does not guarantee recovery of deleted service or unsaved files.
