Find the history, amount, date and related service in the panel.
The Orders page brings together account operations: creations, renewals, balance purchases and adjustments.
Step-by-step procedure

Open Orders
From the panel, choose Orders in the Account section.

Use filters
Search by description or operation type to isolate a service.

Compare with Stripe
The amount and the Stripe reference let Support find a payment.

Report an anomaly
Create a Billing ticket with the date, amount and last characters of the reference. Never include the full card number.
