Why is my service suspended?
Identify an expiration, failed payment, or security measure and restore access.
A suspension blocks startup and normal access, but the renewal page remains accessible. The card indicates the reason when it is known.
Step-by-step procedure

Read the reason
View My Services and account alerts. An expiration, unpaid subscription, or security policy may suspend the service.

Correct the payment
Update your Stripe payment method or add balance, then try renewal again.

Security measures
If the reason mentions IP sharing or abuse, do not attempt to bypass the block and contact support.

Check that the service is back online
After reactivation, wait for Wings to lift the suspension, then restart the service once.
