How do I open and use the noVNC console?
Access the VPS screen when SSH or the network is no longer responding, then send keystrokes and keyboard shortcuts.
noVNC provides hypervisor level access. It remains usable even if the VPS network interface is misconfigured or if the SSH service is stopped.
Step-by-step procedure

Open VPS tools
From the VPS, choose Additional tools, then Console.

Allow new window
Click Open Console and allow pop-ups for the ACLClouds domain if nothing happens.

Log in to the system
Click in the noVNC screen then use the Linux account of the VPS. The browser clipboard may require the noVNC side panel.

Diagnose without network
Check ip addr, ip route, systemctl status ssh and the logs before restarting the VM.
